Build your Core: Top 3 reasons.

1.

Building your core will build a strong posture, which will in turn give you a more confident look and protect your inner organs and central nervous system.

2.

Combat back pain, back pain is a common side effect of a weak core due to weak abdominals. Building core strength will help bring balance to the front and back of your body. Back pain is also highly linked to shortened hamstrings so I always advise my clients to Stretch the hamstrings after the muscles are warmed up using static stretches.

3. More visible abdominals, engagement of your core muscles and focusing your contractions with help tone your abdominal muscles.

Top Tip

It’s important to build core stability first, and then build core strength. You want to get the deeper muscles working first then everything else will fit into place on top of it, so your overall fitness will improve, making you less prone to injury down the road.
