ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
This programme is a 30 day dumbbell workout plan I have designed which you can do anywhere! I chose dumbbells as they can be found in any gym and easily purchased at a low cost. I often get asked, "So what can i do with dumbbells?" I am a big believer in freeweight training, my exercises are not for you if you aren't willing to challenge yourself!
They have been designed for those with limited time and those which want to maximise the time they have for that summer body. I have incorporated bonus material at the end of most training days for those who are after a little extra credit.
